Read the product review of the ENature Birch Juice Hydro Sleeping Pack and see what makes this sleeping mask so unique.
Let me start by saying that, if your nighttime beauty routine doesn’t include a sleeping pack, you should add one right now. “But I have combination, oily skin,” you might say. And I repeat: Add a sleeping pack to your nighttime skincare routine. Trust me, this is one of the best things you can do for your skin, especially during the cold winter months.
What Is A Sleeping Pack?
No, sleeping packs (aka sleeping masks) are not the same thing as your night cream. Personally, I like to think about sleeping masks as night creams on steroids. That’s because they deliver all the benefits your night cream does (think: nourishing and hydrating ingredients) plus, they offer serum-like powers to repair, brighten, and fight aging signs. As if it wasn’t enough, sleeping packs do this while slowly delivering moisture, which helps the skin stay intensely hydrated over a prolonged period of time—in this case, while you’re sleeping. And if I haven’t convinced you yet, know that a sleeping pack also works to lock in all the treatments from whichever products you layer underneath.
The ENature Birch Juice Hydro Sleeping Pack
This product comes in a clear, gel-like consistency, and very lightweight formula. This is especially amazing in a sleeping mask and I’ll explain why: It doesn’t make you feel like you’re adding one more layer on top of your skincare products, on the contrary, it actually gently refreshes your skin as you apply it.
The first time I used this product at night it reminded me a lot of Laneige’s Water Sleeping Mask. But in the morning I was surprised to see that it not only carries the great things I love about Laneige’s mask (like the gel consistency and lightweight formula) but this product from ENature actually goes above and beyond when it comes to delivering fast (and visible) results! And you can bet: birch juice is the ingredient to “blame” here.
What makes ENature’s Birch Juice Hydro Sleeping Pack stands out is the number one name listed in the ingredients list: Betula platyphylla japonica juice, which is just a fancy way of saying birch juice. Instead of using water as the base ingredient (like most of other skincare brands do), ENature uses birch juice to boost not only the nutrition it gives to your skin but the results you can see in the mirror on the very next day. It’s important to note that birch juice is high in nutrients like amino acids and enzymes to intensely hydrate the skin and protect skin cells from oxidative stress, including UV rays and environmental pollution.
The formula also contains chamomile and plantain seed extracts that work to soothe and repair the skin.
When and How To Use
As said before, the ENature Birch Juice Sleeping Pack is that one product that actually makes a difference in your skin during the winter months, when our skin tends to get drier. But truth is you can (and should) use this throughout the entire year.
Because it comes in a gel, lightweight formula, it works its magic on all skin types. Use it one to two times a week if you have combination to oily skin, or three times each week (or even more) if your skin type is normal or dry. Apply it after you layer all your skincare products at night, that is, on top of your toner, treatment products, and even your regular moisturizer. Rinse it off in the morning.
The Results
After using this sleeping mask for the first time I noticed my face felt very soft and looked beautiful and plumped in the morning. After three weeks applying it three times a week on top of my usual nighttime products, the results were even better—and just to clarify, this was the only thing I added to my skincare routine. All the dry patches I had on my cheeks and on the sides of my forehead were no longer there, my skin looked brighter, healthier and more radiant! Oh, and I haven’t had one single breakout ever since, too!
I have no doubt that ENature’s Birch Juice Hydro Sleeping Pack made all my other skincare treatments perform better—something that took longer to notice when using other sleeping masks. And for this and all the reasons mentioned above I’ve got to say that this product is definitely a keeper.
