Bentonite Clay
Created when volcanic ash ages, this fine powder has been used for ages as a cure-all. Bentonite clay is considered a more aggressive clay and has two types: sodium bentonite and calcium bentonite. It’s mostly known as a master absorber!
Benefits: Bentonite is most revered for its detoxifying abilities. It’ll suck the bacteria and impurities right out of your pores to help tighten, get rid of acne, tone and improve overall texture.
Skin Types: Sensitive and dry skin types should stay away from bentonite! It’s drying and recommended for use 1-2x a week for oily skin.
